The group behind the Castlemaine to Maryborough Rail Trail (CMRT) project is inviting the general public to take a walk along a section of the trail on Sunday 16 March, asking residents to consider the potential impact of proposed broiler farms. The CMRT project aims to turn the 1870s railway line, known as the Moloort Line, into a recreational track for walking, running and cycling between Castlemaine and Maryborough.
