Set under the canopy of sprawling old oak trees, the Taradale Mineral Springs Festival was a lovely place to pull up a picnic rug or hay bale, listen to all-day music and enjoy a variety of tempting food and beverages. 

With a ring of market stalls, dozens of food trucks (plus a popular CFA sau
