Race Ya: family fun and enduring legacy

The focus is on family fun but the purpose is more serious: raising awareness of asthma and funds for Asthma Australia. The family of 14-year-old Ned Cameron, who lost him to an acute asthma attack, has channelled its grief into a community day of running races, tug-o-war, face painting, gumboot tossing and more since 2018. This year, they have timed the event to coincide with the Maldon Easter Fair and there’s no excuses for missing it!
